Godisfaithful: It didn't fall to August low during the October decline and you wish it will fall after this time. Let's see how the market goes. Like I have always maintained, it had been bullish and it will remain so. People will keep buying from the weak hands. |

OakPearl: They didn't believe the rise ni o. Some could have sold off out of fear and now looking in awe! They believed that market will keep falling till year end whereas the chart is there showing you great things. The tricky thing with the chart is that despite showing points of reversals, it can still be going down pricewise but other tools still points that the bull is there warming up. Hence my constant reminder. 3 Likes |

UACN is currently priced at N6.20 and with current Q3 results excluding UPDC operations, it is on track to report at least EPS of N1.69 for Q4. It has the capacity of paying at least 65kobo as a dividend for the full year. However, the challenge facing it now is to recapitalize UPDC of which it has 64%. The implication is that the company must provide at least 64% of N15.97b. It could be more if the rest of 36% of shareholders in UPDC decides not to take up their rights. UACN has already provided funds in bridge loans in excess of this amount according to the statement in the Q3 reports. UPDC shareholders will get shares in UPDC Reits. the exchange may likely be in the ratio of at least 2 units in UPDC for 1 unit in UPDC REITs. UACN shareholders will also have the benefits of receiving shares in UPDC. It may likely be up to 2 or 3 units in UPDC for every 1 unit in UACN. The snag in all of these will also be which of these transactions will come first. UPDC rights, UPDC unbundling, UACN allocation of shares in UPDC to its shareholders. I believe UACN is a good buy going forward. owoblow77: |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by BullBearMkt(m): 5:58pm On Nov 05, 2019 |
DeRuggedProf:...this is the type of problem I love. UBA is definitely bullish & UACN is bullish as well. Maybe elimination by substitution will do the magic or probably fundamental analysis. |

I am so surprise that most Nsempa members are not included in this calf and that is keeping the forum dull at the moment. Anyway,I paid much attention to the market to know when actions should be taken. I took position in the winning stocks at their decent prices. I am no more buying but watching prices to handover to Fpi guys. Oracle, you will live long for sighting bull and insisted. This your action put me in worry for many days/weeks.Later I begin to see things with my eyes. |
