I didn't quite understand the question.

White rubber shoes is always advisable and a bonus. They often sell them for exorbitant rates in mammi market so if you can buy them outside, good for you.

I had 2 rubber shoes from mammi market. This was in addition to my 'fancy' Adidas ones, etc...nysc also provides you with white shoes but there is no guarantee that it will be the right size (in fact, it probably won't be your size...lol)

Rubber whities are extremely Durable and practical especially if you are going to a muddy place. Easily washable and dries quite quickly compared to the cloth or leather kind...kinda like a wash and wear situation.

It is not the most comfortable as it is made of cheap rubber so it has virtually no sole ... Any activities where you will stand for long periods or do sports (morning PT), you might consider getting an actual sports trainers (white of course). Your poor feet will thank you. after that, you can go back to your rubber whities for the rest of the day...it will never be wasted though...trust me, I wore my rubber ones virtually all the time during CDs and every other uniform day after camp and they really served me well especially during rainy season. I loved them so much I even had to get another pair making it 3pairs.

So feel free to go with your leather ones for mammi outings ....lol...

White trainers (you can always manage the nysc issues ones for this purpose) for the sport related activities

Hello, please I have a situation on hand,
I wrote jamb 2015(only one choice institute that year) I put Federal university of technology owerri (futo) as my choice university, federal university of otuoke, bayelsa(fuo) allowed jambite to take their putme without choosing them as choice institute,
fuo gave me admission before futo, but was not able to complete the admission due to some issues, later on futo gave me admission and I cleared with them, but the jamb portal still shows fuo instead of futo.
Note: the admission fuo gave me is 4 years which is I should be on nysc or so, while futo is 5 years which is nysc preparation is next year.
I want to know if there is going to be problem clearing for nysc and how can I rectify it

Of course, go to camp. You'll sure be accepted. Later you'll be issued a slip with your names in it, you'll be asked to do corrections..

Camp resumed on the 5th, I just collected my statement of result will i be allowed in camp

Who knows if Batch C stream 1 camp registration will be extended and will it be open till Monday or Tuesday next week?

My name and info was wrongly spelt in nysc dat since january this year i only got to know around june after to amd fro trips to student affairs and alnost causing a scene. Out of frustration and desperation,i registered in batch b around june this year and was given exemption due to age.i drafted a letter again to dean stating that i graduated at 26 in 2012 so why am i being exempted. But till date my dashboard has still not changed from exemption,my names not spelt correctly and date of graduation still error reading 2017 instead of 2012. Is there anyway out,can i still serve if theres a chance to edit my age.pls i need honest response.

Short sleeve definitely. Unless you have some medical (backed with medical report) or religious reason to wear long sleeve.

You can always use your khaki jacket to cover-up if you are feeling conscious.

Did you inform them that you couldn't attend? Do you have a valid medical report covering you. You should probably go to nysc office in your area to speak to them and get proper advice on what to do next.

Go as soon as you can and explain to them. They might just allow you to complete your registration. No harm in trying.

Wouldn't it be easier to go to the local bus park and ask? Or find out from google? Most of these bus companies have websites now with their route details.
