Value is more of perception. Anyone looking down on property acquisition and flipping isn't making smart investment decisions. Smart investors know a thing about diversification of investment portfolios. You just can't stay with Tbills and the capital market in general, and that's it. Markets swing...bull and bear. I never get money to dey do big investments like dem Ogas here but I believe God will do it and I'm working hard at that. In the meantime, the knowledge here has been helpful. ibechris: 3 Likes |

Investors targeting such bussiness should use the following strategy....1 avoid area like lekki and ajah cos companies are building mass estate ..this gove buyers too much choices ...including all those new areas in Abuja with mass housing.....target place like gbagada, surulere , yaba ogudu ....look for 1 old house, buy demolish , build one shine /shine deplux of 18m , total ( 38m) then knack asking price 65m , at 55m sale price u have gotten 17m thats 50 percent ...do it for 10 years and retire like a boss .....Nigerians in diaspora remitted 30 bn dollars yearly.....this sum are not feeding money .....nah it might for this 6 Likes |

Controlv: I agree with you Sir. From henceforth, I must insure everything I set out to establish. As we speak, I'm in direct contact with a woman who does her trade in the oil industry. Within the past two years, she lost all her gains everything she's labored for in life.... We're working on her rebuilding process by selling off cars, properties to launch her recovery/rebound at the moment. If she had insured her businesses, she wouldn't suffer as much as she had. Insurance is definitely good and proper financial apropriaety. 2 Likes |
