Mummy,baby and even daddy re all doing pretty fine.
Baby came 2 days earlier than EDD.
So so excited right now.
I pray each and everyone here have an easy delivery.

Am i the only one heartburn is doing strong thing like this Today's own is worse,i have taken antacid suspension i got from the hospital but still the same,cappo beyedew and all experienced mamas pls help me!!! I cant even take dinner with the way i feel.

Teamie, sorry about heartburn. That's my no 1 package that I have no choice than to bear for 9months.

Only danacid (gelusil) works for me, you can lick as many as can cause relief. Try to know foods that triggers it especially fried foods. Don't sleep or lie down immediately after eating it. Ensure your pillow allowa your head to be raised higher than your body. Just chew the gelusil after eating, don't wait for the heartburn

All this will give you relief not permanent cure. Hope this works

Take advice frm ex heartburn patient.... Take it easy with d antacid if u dont want constipation 2 do u strong thing, heartburn takes time 2 calm down due to ur stomach acid dt is pushed up by ur baby so pls give d antacid d time 2 do its wrk by takin d normal dose... Dont tk milk, thou milk works (4 a lil time) but it only comes bk stronger.... Instead of takin milk, drink ewedu (jute leave) which wrks much better wit no side effects

Sorry teamie. I use rulox antacid and I noticed that lying on my left helps a lot. Try it. Hoping it works for you too

Teamie sorry ooo, what I can advice is take lots of water, avoid foods that trigger it, take your foods in smaller portion, like a food that you ordinarily can finish at a go, try and divide into as many portions as possible, when you do that, you take a portion, then you wait for an hour before you take the next one. It's tedious, I know but na part of the package. Antacid makes me purge and fart smelly devilish farts , I only do antacid during weekends when I can fart my farts in peace .

I’m fine oo. Started walking again. We are going to be discharged today. Doing pretty good . I’m going through all my complaints on this thread earlier back and all I can say is wow. The pregnancy really dealt with me being a ftm but seeing my son, I forgive him for destroying my stomach and everything he put me through. Now I just have to try my best to work on my stomach when I’m finally able to coz I can’t do anything till I heal properly . The line is so tiny you wouldn’t notice till I point it out sef. My doctor was that good
