Politicians know this, and that's why they laugh at your stupidity when you go to the polls to vote them in. They are the most unpatriotic elements of our society who buy properties abroad, invest abroad and run there to rest and treat themselves for common headache. Then, they delude the rest of mentally-raped idîots like the OP to keep believing in patriotism.

Just imagine how some pple still support Tinubu, MC Oluomo, Obanikoro, Okorocha etc... still beats my imagination. They vote and support ONLY pple with money that would never understand their plight as poor pple. Just imagine they voted Shina Peller and Obanikoro... What has Nigeria ever done to help me as a citizen?

If you reply me with that famous JFK inaugural quote, Ogun will finger your anus with a 15-inch Samurai sword.

The JFK quote does not in anyway apply to Nigeria where only selfish, greedy & self centered leaders have been recycling themselves at the helm of our affairs.

To provide good roads with the taxpayers money, Fashola is justifying his failure & ineptitude.

To approve the new minimum wage for the civil servants, the government keep giving excuses upon excuses - while approving & raising the VAT from 5% to 7.5%.

To provide stable power & electricity, DISCOs are blaming Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN)'s poor equipment infrastructure and vice versa.

They told us in 2015 that Fuel Subsidy was the problem and therefore had to be terminated, thereby leading to the increase in the price of petroleum products - only for them to bring it back at a ridiculously high rate.

So, I ask again, what has Nigeria ever done to help me as a citizen?

I have a platform where I informed Nigerians daily about happenings in the country..

Motivate and Inspire them with good stories

Make them forget their worries with some jokes..

All for free.. We are proud to pay back to the community

I have totally stopped dropping trash on the road/streets even as little as a sweet rapper I put it in my pocket till I see a trash can at home or the office.
Anywhere there is a queue I gentle wait my turn and avoid jumping queues.
I avoid giving bribes to get things done faster. I allow it to run its due course(if every single person does this all who ask for bribes will desist)
I don't just criticize but will proffer solution if need be.

You people will just open your mouth without thinking. The country has numerous obligations to her citizens but Nigeria is doing next to nothing in terms of fullings standard duties. You are here asking what citizens have done for a country that has not created an environment that will help citizen perform, even the guys in the military are just plain benevolent, because I cannot imagine serving a country that feels she is doing you a favour by enlisting in a military that is posed with unprecedented corruption.
