I hope you're not mixing things up like this? I believe the Official Miui is the one you're referring to as miui but also note that the one you're calling EU ROM which is actually Xiaomi.eu ROM is also a miui Rom and as for me, the official miui has nothing over Xiaomi.eu. For me, I see it as an optimized version of the official one; No ads, less bloatwares and so on. Although it's not as customizable like some other miui-based custom Rom, it's the king of stability.

In addition to the ones that have been suggested, my most favourite is MASIK Rom, used it on both my Vince and Whyred when I used them but unfortunately they don't have a Rom for my current phone, Violet. That was why I had to settle for Xiaomi.eu customized on mi-globe site

Hi all, had my note 7 for a few weeks now, and really chuffed with it, until recently, possibly the last update, my battery has started draining quite a bit more than it was, it will drop overnight, when not in use by about 10% and its just not as good as it was a 3 weeks or so ago. I'm not a heavy user by any means on an average day I suppose it used to drop to about 70% but now with the same amount of use its down to 40-50%, I've uninstalled the few apps I added recently, with no effect, just wondering if anyone else has noticed this? currently running miui 11.0.3

Did you update through OTA? If yes, it's either you try factory reset or download full Rom and flash

I don't know much about ota, I actually received the update through my region nigeria

Which means you got it through OTA, so do as earlier advised.It's more likely to get more from your battery and stable performance doing that.

You'll need to unlock bootloader to switch to global rom.

Check jboixxx compilation on how to backup. You won't be able to backup app data without root permission
