Tyrolean and tiles are two different classes of finishes. Tyrolean is best used as external finishing, while tiles can used both external and internal.

Quality Tyrolean can be more expensive(depends on type of tiles) but its more durable requires little maintainance.

Tyrolean rocks any season but tiles is bound to weqr

If you are a contractor atleast #1m should do it. Please don't forget that I assumed the floor area of the building. Besides, I don't know the location as well

If you are using Nigeria made tiles go and budget about 1.9-2.5milliom naira for tiles only.

If it’s Spanish or Italians tiles N3.5-5m will do for tiles only.

Cement about 300 bags will do.
Sand about 7 lorries of 10 tonnes.
Labor cost about 700-800k

if filling, any special ways to reduce cost, its a very simple and small 4 bedroom building with square shape. I learnt I should dig septic tank and use the sand to fill first.

if its roofing, any special ways to manage cost?

This is what 6.6 million naira has given me thanks to almighty God.. A 5bedroom bungalow all ensuite with kitchen and waiting room and two sit outs.. Yet to insert internal doors n toilet doors, yet to do plumbing fittings and electrical fittings, pop, tiling, belting.. And aluminium rail on varender..
Note.. Septic tank has been done.. PVC was used to roof 4 rooms, toilets, and passages, pop will be used to do others
