But how new are u to NL in general?

Kbs468:

Good Job.

Though I'm New in here but I must confess that the future of the proposed award holds nothing but positivity.

And I want to streamline my interest to reflect the suggestion of the TheSuperNerd too by increasing the committee members Tally to engage the super 8 from the above.

Thanks all for the privilege to put forward my View and for your reading.

We need coaches that will be zero tolerant to egunje. However I won’t deny that Amuneke is tactically sound. We should give him a try. Because if we are not adding a good assistant to this managerial team I don’t expect much progress with this team.

TheSuperNerd:
Why can't Amuneke work with this man Rohr? Amuneke knows how to set up his team attacking wise and is quite tactical.

Unless ofcourse we are reasoning a foreign tactical assistant.

I saw this somewhere. I don't know how true they are

The Sins of Gernot Rohr

1)With the the SuperEagles to play Benin Republic and Lesotho in an AFCON 2021 Qualifier in a tight schedule, Rohr, rather than go through the official administrative channel which is the the NFF, called CAF to change the match time.

2. GernotRohr unruly behaviour at the FIFA U20WC earned the the NFF a query. He was roaming round technical areas during the tournament without accreditation & when security/protocol officers stopped him, he rained abuses on them. It got to the organizers & then a query.

3. It's on record that Gernot Rohr was in talks with D.R Congo Football Federation boss, Omari, on taking over as coach of the team. Same Rohr made contacts with FECAFOOT to coach the Indomitable Lions. All facts well known.

4. Gernot Rohr loves our money in Nigeria but cannot live here to check for good local players. Rohr has killed the local league players psychologically.

I particularly doubt that No 2 "offence"

How stupid does things get in Nigeria actually?!

The 'New' reference is actually in relation to this particular thread though

Else, I have been following Nairaland since the Era of Cyber Cafe access only as there were no smart phones back then.

Although I registered officially in 2015 precisely.

safarigirl:

I am not encouraging anything, I am stating a fact. Do you know what a fact is? Or are you one of those delusional people that think Nigeria is a haven of goodness?

Is it not the immoral that survive? Is it not immorality that thrives in this country? Those that are not on the corruption train, are on the fornicators train, and all of them justify their actions.

You sef, are you a moralist? If you no dey thief, you dey kpansh person wey you no wife. The amount of morally sound people in this country is negligible, and these people either run out of the country for their own good, die poor and lonely, or fit in with the immoral.

Whenever someone mentions morals, some people assume na who no dey thief dey morally sound. Immorality is vast
I get your drift. It's the same kind of reaction I get when I tell people that fighting corruption the way buhari is doing the most stupidest and worthless fight ever. He will never win, he's even not touching the soul of corruption and I'm sure he and his goons know this because they know the truth. It's only the foolish and ignorant among us who get taken in by the shallow anti corruption trope. But when I talk like this, superficial minded people tend to think I support corruption.
The country is damn too corrupt. Like humility17 said even the rich steal. It has become pathological and fighting it the way this government does makes me laugh and makes me angry at the same time.

Wao! Both as debutants.

I would have loved to see GHANA scale through as one of the 2 required from the group.

But if it ends like this, I'm afraid, It might just be over for GHANA

Simy Nwankwo leads Crotone to a comfortable 3-1 win over Ascoli in serie B and into 2nd place on the table with a goal and an assist.

He now has 8 league goals and 2 league assists in 12 games.
