Meeting bail conditions means someone has already stood surety for him. And the person reports to the court not DSS, once an order for release is made, the person should be released as soon as possible and all his personal effects return

Who told u bail is satisfied in DSS? Bail conditions are met in court. DSS just need to release him to his lawyer. Has he not met his bail conditions? Try and think before you comment nah.
