Let me even share
Just google Catholic vs Anglican Anambra and Enugu
Fowl yash go open
I attached some story they literally deny each other admission into school that’s like convenant saying it won’t admit Catholics

Igbos barely lack the sophistication to hold simple Christianity together imagine if they had dynamics of Yoruba in terms of religion
Boko haram go be child’s play

i know! We vs Them...this is the only language Ibo understands.

Their religious discrimination even within their own fold. intra 0r inter.... Catholic-Catholic, Catholic-Protestant, Catholic-Anglican, Anglican-Protestant is a dirty war that dated back to the 50s and 60s. Religion act as a soft outward mask they use to hide the ugliness of discrimination in their hearts. The first instruction they gave to Midwesterners after capturing Benin and making it a Biafra was to start learning Ibo so they can read their Bible.

This people should compare to Yoruba
Bowen a Christian Uni admits Yoruba muslims
Omu Aran a Yoruba Muslim dominated state donated land to two Christian universities

You see, thats where we are different from them. We Yorubas do not believe in propaganda of division...because our core tenets of urbanism is diversity. We believe in people coming together to build up society and evolve. If we were like Ibos, judging by the amount of information you already posted.....you could set the internet on fire and give reason to see Ibo in a new light never seen before. They dont think like you do....their mantra is always We vs Them....hence anything and everything they touch is ruined! They cant build....only know how to destroy!

You guys always mention Philip Effiong, Philip Effiong was not representing Ibibio people in Biafra,he was representing his interest as Ojukwu's friend,no Ibibio or Efik person would willingly have anything to do with your Biafra,we are not your brothers and will never be.
Anyway, that's history, if it happens again we will deal with you people ruthlessly.

The hypocrisy is mad on your head
Why are Catholics seizing Anglican schools by force and you have guts to call Yorubas out on religious differences when you that practice the same religion can’t even get your act together
Have you seen Yorubas oppress each other within Islam or xtain

You even raised the issues yourself on nairaland
Dude are you re.tarded or what? you keep serenading your lame facts, or lack thereof with no credible source or any evidence for that matter to substantiate your silly claims besides re-posting the same rubbish you culled from Nairaland since 2014, post a report or article from a reputable media outlet to back up your idiotic drivel about catholics blowing up Anglican churches anywhere in the East, listen I won't do these pointless back and forth with you , if you can't provide me with facts... then please stop wasting my fuccking time.

I just googled Catholics vs Anglicans or whatever rubbish you posted there, and I came up blank on articles or reports indicating anything close to a crisis in my database research. Why can't you for once stop blubbering about like some uneducated slowpoke and polish your facts with recent articles from credible media outlets about this so called conflicts between Enugu, Catholics and Anglicans? we all know the truth - Yoruba Muslims and Yoruba Christians are the biggest threats to your region right now, and even the traditional worshippers aren't left out in the fray... we all know yoruba Muslims are increasingly getting more fanatical just to pander to their Hausa/Fulani Islamic module of extremism (I can give you facts now if you want), and the Yoruba christains are getting more wary and disadvantaged in the socio-political landscape in the South West( your media does a good job of hiding these anomalies), but they inevitably rear their ugly heads for all the dirty linens to be seen outside... We all know a new breed of right wing fanatism that's hinged on promoting Islamic supremacist ideologies in the mainstream fabrics of Yoruba consciousness is very much alive and well. You can't fool us with your phoney sophistication, thank God for crazy organizations like MURIC that is now taking the center stage for radical ideologies in the South west... If a Catholic Bishop from Imo was appointed to head the Catholic Diocese in Anambra, the Anambra people will reject him. There are plenty incidences of your dicriminatory practices even amongst your Christianity fold in SE.

You are more divided as Christians and you are unhappy that Christians and Muslims in Yorubaland coexist peacefully. Everyday Ibo come to internet trying to sow discord and make us act savagely like you do in your region.

We knew who Jesus was before whiteman got religion and brought it here. We inhabited Kaaba before Muhammed gave Islam to Arabs. The Yoruba knowledge of God in Orisa, Christianity, Islam is far advanced and more pure than you can find anywhere else in Nigeria or in Africa....or even in the Universe for that matter. A Yorubaman was the missionary responsible for giving you Bible and religion in Iboland.

If you want to be schooled let me know...I will take you to the root.
Dude you know absolutely nothing about the religious dynamics in Igbo land, so stop boring me your fantastically garnished pseudo-intellectual attempt at sounding smart, but then to give you the benefit of discourse, please provide me with evidence backed facts that any such denominational conflicts exist in Igbo churches.

Eversince - the rhetoric regarding the civil war has been heavily one sided. The Igbo people claim that they are the ‘only’ casualties of the civil war.

However, an old employee of the eastern government in the 60’s has recounted how Biafran soldiers killed, maimed and buried bodies of the inhabitants of Calabar.

Qoute:

Besides the confession of this employee, we have supporting evidence regarding the inhumane treatment of minority groups under Biafra’s territories.

These are issue’s the Igbo people and IPOB need to answer. If they so love and are loved by the Calabar’s, Igala’s and Idoma’s – Why did they murder them ?

Evidence continues to proove that the Biafran project is nothing but a proxy to access the wealth of the oil rich territories of the Niger-Delta and subdue the minorities of the Federal Republic.

I am surprised you did not come to the defense of Phillip Effiong. Please Google is your friend.

When his people came to him and reported the killings of his people by Igbo soldiers, he personally reported it to Ojukwu. He promised to look into it but ignored Effiong.

If he had pressed Ojukwu further, he could have ended up like Efejuana and Banjo. Remember that even Zik in whose hands he was born, feared him. Zik refused to come back for "consultation" on his world tour for Biafra.

Please leave Effiong out of this, he was also the victim of circumstances, even after the war, Gowon disappointed him.

I am not sure, but I think his pension was paid after he died. He was a broken man and a victim of both sides.
