You have to limit the amount of time you spent browsing... Or still toggle the batter saver mode. That will limit all sychrosynchroni and background working apps

You don't need to unlock bootloader, I don't think the region matters, mine was in Mexico at the time of update.

If the park is White and have pictures of the phone on it, then it's Global version... The 8 Series differentiate the Global Version from the Chinese Version by giving them Different Kinds of Packs, that's why they didn't bother writing Global Version on it... If the Pack is not white, maybe Red or Blue, and does not have the picture of the phone on it, then its Not Global Version

Actually Mi A3 has a better camera setup that RN8. It comes with Sony IMX 586 48Mp sensor mostly found on flagships compared to the Samsung GM2 on the RN8, it's battery should last longer because of the resolution and Stock android.

It's performance would also be slightly better because stock android runs on lesser resources.

A little research helps. That RN8 has 4 cameras doesn't really make it better.

As far as am concern the only thing it has over Mi A3 is the display resolution, the other is MIUI which is subjective to personal taste and opinion

Hi all, had my note 7 for a few weeks now, and really chuffed with it, until recently, possibly the last update, my battery has started draining quite a bit more than it was, it will drop overnight, when not in use by about 10% and its just not as good as it was a two weeks or so . I'm not a heavy user by any means on an average day I suppose it used to drop to about 70% but now with the same amount of use its down to 40-50%, I've uninstalled the few apps I added recently, with no effect, just wondering if anyone else has noticed this? currently running miui 11.0.3

Check out the Redmi 7a especially during this period, you'll likely get a good deal because of sales anniversary in many platforms. You'll actually regret if you go for another brand especially at this price range. If you have a little more cash to spend, go for one with a higher Internal memory.

. Go and restrict app you don't use from accessing the Internet and restrict your photos from your gallery too. Google photo is a culprit too.

Last paragraph refers:
Follow the 1st attached picture to monitor the apps gulping your data and picture 2 to restrict any apps data access (foreground and background).

Go by dropping your notification pane and select the data counter.
