I don't know what or why they do so but Nigerians will always want to take advantage of you to the very last bit of leverage they have, especially Nairaland folks.

I've had same scenario play out severally from Nairaland although I didn't go the length you did with that guy. However, I'm ok with how you handled it.
If there was a bit of an issue on that vehicle after that guy picked it up from you at 750k, he would call you out here, irrespective of the fact he purchased it at far below market value. That I can assure you.

I am not a conformist.

If a fellow human acts in a way that smacks of greed and callousness, i don't think I owe you or anyone any apologies on whatever action I decide to take to cure him/her of such.

I may not tow the line Eazypeazy took. However, it is my right to choose if I'm sympathetic to his cause or not.
It was hard money that was used to purchase those items. If someone thinks they were stolen or is searching for stolen items to purchase, they can visit the offices of law enforcement agencies or even the law courts in order to purchase stuffs at auction prices.

Nevertheless, the purpose of this thread remains clearance sales. If someone offers to sell stuffs at prices that defeat the purpose of this thread, it behoves on either buyers to ignore the seller or mods take action after rational consideration of the concerned advert. A buyer shouldn't expect a honest hustling man to smile at low-ball offers like they both went to the market together to purchase the said goods.

This is my opinion and I believe I'm entitled to it. Same applies to your opinion as well.
