This what I have been eating in the past 5 days (eba with no soup and stew, the garri get plenty stones sef) and the garri is about to finish which is going to left me with nothing. My eyes are getting dim due to plenty garri. I can't sleep.

I checked your profile and read some of your posts. You said in one that a friend called you a failure then you found justification for what your friend said, same as what you are doing here. How can anyone help you succeed if you think you are a failure? Would you invest in such a person?

Stop blaming others and things, is my suggestion, because it's usually an excuse to hide the truth from oneself.
