The above is very clear, the election petition tribunal erred by dismissing the case of APC. It is now left for the Supreme Court to ensure that justice is done in this case.

I agree he won the polls but let us understand the issues here.this reminds me of what happens to saraki during the nass polls.almost all reported that he lost,only one reported that he won re election and pdp guys were celebrating.im the end,what happened?

The tribunal simply said Adelabu was not given rights to fair hearing and they would have called more witnesses but for time.

Again, that documents tendered by the appellants were not properly evaluated...also cos of time.....

They resolved unanimously upholding the decision of the lower court.

In other words, Makinde is Gov...you people should go and kill yourself in the SC....you already know the verdict nah...

Whichever way it went, Adelabu would still have gone to the SC and fruitfully lose.....inside life!

In his reaction, the PDP lead counsel, Eyitayo Jegede, told reporters that Makinde remains the governor since there has been no counter directive by the appellate court on his victory.

You answered yourself. Moreover, this scenario does not in any way relate to Saraki's.

This is a SERIOUS distortion of the actual judgement.

The COA ruled in favour of the appellant that the election tribunal failed in it's duty and that the appellant was wronged in it's ruling and further placated the appellant on the apparent misrule. The CoA only didn't go as far as make any pronouncement on the election itself.

Why do news outlets and journalists behave like this?

But Adedibu needs to let this go because even if they vote 10 times he will lose all the time. For now, the people want Seyi Makinde.

Why is Bayo Adelabu wasting his time and resources...Oyo state people have decided and voted for the person they want...Let him go and keep his.
