Dinner: White rice + stew + egg.

The stew has 2 creatures of the sea lost inside I.e ẹja kika and dried prawn.

For a nearly perfect cake, your sugar and butter should be equal in measure, and your flour, twice the measure of your sugar and butter.

If the flour is a little less than double the measure, it might become a bit too moist .
I even like when the flour is a bit more than double the measure.

Where did you get long grain rice ?
Here we all are posting Nigerian short grain rice and baba had the guts to cook long grain ?

Did u use metallic spoons on them?I learnt to use either wooden spoons Or Their Follow Come heat resistant plastic spoons.Have used mine over 5yrs now. Bought at Ariaria mkt for less than 3k

Fried rice with fried chicken and slaw.

Rice seasoned only with spices (garlic powder, turmeric, paprika, ginger powder) and fish sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce.

Slaw made with blitzed cabbage, carrot strips, diced cucumber, diced onions, a little oil, salt, and blue cheese salad dressing.
