So you financial year is calendar year...Kenya suplimentary budget come around the 3rd Q.Nothing drastic...just minor revision.

So the economy had collapsed, eurobond interest was hammering Ghana, credit rating agencies downgrading her debts , cedis getting a battering and IMF on Ghana neck ...and all over sudden let's rebase again..just 5yrs after 60% GDP jump..we get another 25%.Look suspicious to me.
