I doff my hat. What I'v e learnt from you is if the price is reasonable, you're bound to make sales. Better to have a high turnover than to sit on names for eternity

This is the 4th or 5th time I am trying outbounding and I detest it.

It is time consuming.Anyway, I hope I sell the domain name. I've sent close to 60 emails. It has taken me like 4 hours. Your first have to find likely buyers online. No easy feat!

The Plano users,its 21 bt the 3rd user told me he's interested and how much,I quoted $299.He told me he didn't budget that much that if only we could work out a better price and I told him to make an offer(He was happy about that and thanked me),he made an offer of $150 but I countered to $200.

This particular sale followed the same pattern of my previous sale. I have noticed this same situation on my sales.
Short story: I outbounded this name to end user using dan as my marketplace with a price of $350. I got no reply from any but got a mail from afternic the nextday that it has been sold for $800. Since this is not the first time it is happening, I have come to the conclusion that enduser trust afternic more than dan. Most prefer to pay thrice the price on afternic than dan. I held this name for 24hrs. Domain has been transferred but money still pending.

Even their builder/ builders and others are gone as well,so it shows the competition rate of the keyword in that City.
