Start cleaning at 8weeks and with soap? Have you started? Don't you feel contractions when you clean?

I started lactating early too. Won't come out except I squeeze tho and my son stopped breastfeeding at least a year earlier. Its no biggie.

Is this normal?
My left areola was itchy some weeks back, I applied Olive oil on both breasts and cleaned them twice, after some days the skin on the left areola started peeling, but it's back to normal now

But when I cleaned it with Olive oil I notice i had dried milk around my nips.
Was just looking at my nips now and noticed it has whitish patch and dried milk, decided to press it slightly and I noticed little fluid come out.

I weaned my ds immediately I found out I was pregnant, and I didn't bother to check if I was still lactating then since my breasts became flatter just assumed it was as a result of dried milk.

Don't try this madam, odikwa risky o. Hope you know stimulating the nipple is one of the way to induce contraction. Stop it please for now till you are almost due. Most medical practitioner suggest from 36 weeks.

Flora I sleep with BK some times oo,pls don't do like me oo, this two sides is becoming painful,and yes my baby is bubbling, note am not advising u to do so,heard is not cool,but is cool for me. @juola, I use Shea butter as my cream,natural oil also, I rub it on my nipples after bathing, am cool with that too,u don't have to do it. I think is because I use Shea butter,so I rub it everywhere,tummy,breast. we have lots of belief in this pregnancy journey.

You are not alone on this.... it is becoming rather too frustrating, I complained to my doc and she said I can have a glass of milo, horlics or...... but am scared , don’t want anything that will make baby add more weight. We are at 3.4kg already

Day sleeping has never been my thing, though I tried to force but it never happened

Same thing with me. Once I wake up at the middle of the night, I won't sleep again but I always try to catch up with afternoon sleep. My colleagues understand me so they don't disturb me.
Please try to have a nap in the afternoon to make up

Hello beautiful mamas, good evening. I hope you're all waddling well.

I just got back from the hospital this afternoon. I did the cerclage on Monday and I'm recuperating gradually. I'll leave the details for some other time.

I just can't seem to get the fear out of my mind. I'm always worried something might happen. I feel the pain more in my heart than in my body. The devil is really trying to steal my joy, but Jesus got me.

Please anybody that has gone through this experience should contact me so I can know how they pulled through.

Thank you dear. But I never did tvs regularly. I've only done it twice since this pregnancy. The first was when my Dr first checked the length of the cervix and the second was on Saturday when he discovered the opening. But I get your point

There is something I remembered...

Trans viginal scan is not good to be doing constantly, it makes cervix to b soft. Is only advisable to do it during the early stage, so always go with abdominal scan for the safety of ur baby...
