I do not know if you should buy stocks now oooo. The market is bullish. Checking the Q3 of the 4 banks again. GTbank EPS 5.19, ACCESS N2.55, UBA N2.32 and Zenith bank N4.80. All the 4 banks have paid interim dividend of 30k, 25k, 20k and 30k respectively. projecting final dividend of N2.50, 50k, 75k and N2.50 respectively. These stocks were on the table for many months waiting for buyers. What has changed in them now? Nothing except that some people will be made richer and some will be trapped

The mkt is currently on steroid.
For those who missed out on the opportunities that were highlighted here(particularly the banking peers of ACCESS, FCMB, FIDELITY, UBA, ZENITH, GTB, WEMA, FBNH and of course WAPCO), its about TIME to look the way of;
CAVER***, AII**, UAC*, FLOUR****, ET* and TRANS****
I repeat: their price rise shall likely be pacy.

That said, the above mentioned coys(in italics) still have enough room for much more rise though.

It is well !!

ETI is a strong BUY @ current market price.
One sentence: Best to KEY in now !!

ETI has been enmeshed in one controversy with PIC (one of its majority shareholders) Not sure of the financial state of the coy. They are always turning out fantastic financial print but no cash to back it up and always fond of raising capital as they need it in perpetuity. No dividend now for many years. The rule is if the price no rise at least someone must chop dividends to calm fray nerves.

U just highlighted the thing about inherent RISK without properly pegging it side by side with feasible REWARD.
Like I've always stated here in the past, both factors are SUBSETS of an investment play, so u can not isolate one from the other.
The important thing is to always look to see how both relate to each other on a time adjusted basis. ...'cause that's how opportunities of arbitrage show up and how the circle of the flow of money move from one hand to the other.

I'll advise u go and peruse thoroughly the last financial print of ETI... and do a bit more by revisiting their last spate of result.(particularly that of the last 2 quaters)

The stock is currently playing out the statement in italics borrowed from a post I put up here the other day;

"When u see an asset of VALUE where the plausible rate of return/REWARD(MoS against potential ROI in view) has run @ a much faster pace than(@ premium to) the SUM OF its PRICE and surrounding RISK, RUN IN, because PRICE 'is ready' to chase VALUE !!"

That coy can well return near 130%(ROI) from the current mkt price.

Enough said.

Today I am posting as myself yok.

I love this comment by Rebekah, I will support her. Our expired 3rd qtr forecast (which was was close to actual supported this). When there are better bush meat (stockfish) in the market, why do yo want to be eating PONMO!!!

I just want to say like Agba, who may be enjoying bushmeat somewhere by now, but we are enjoying our stockmeat or is it stockfish here.
