And I've had enough commitment already with digital agric, never been lucky with stock (guess not my thing). Time to plan a vacation with my family rather than succumb to paltery 9%. Then wait till all my tb matured and switch to bond, then will be using the interest for digital agric, MMF and school fees. Perhaps one can also look the way of helping some idle but enterprising youth. Had some discussion but they all want salary job.

I think there is too much money chasing the treasury bill, I did 2.8m last two weeks with stanbic, I was debited only 1.04m, I read some comments here by some senior fellow that this is being ration by banks, i quickly ported to i-invest with the balance, that am ok with . 'any business' is generic. Aside your 1st degree and nysc descaherge cert, what other skill set do you have?. On a more serious note I personally believe it will be difficult to get help this way. I mean by just jumping on a discussion. If you were my younger one, I will advise you go and mentor some people who are self employed since getting good job is almost impossible if you don't have big politician as s father. There millions of things you can learn at this age, I watch a clip of one young man that established garri processing factory in his village after service and he's doing really well, such venture is what I can assist with. As for white collarjob it's difficult securing one.

You can try your luck, some Nigerian bank like Ecobank, UBA and GTB has earned themselves good name in the Ghanaian market. Please note you will require a recidency permit to open an account with any bank in Ghana

Exact thing they did to me. I opted 4mil also only for them to shatter the money. I placed a call to the account officer immediately and she explained to me the rated Stanbic bidded was way higher hence they had to saturate to meet up with people's bid.. I didn't get the explanation well I just had to hang up. Let's see what secondary market has to offer today. Is there anyone who had a successful bid with First Bank?

Just learnt with rude shock that CBN had banned local individuals and corporate bodies from investing in T-bills.
Can somebody confirm this and tell us more that we may not have known? My concern.

Not true. The statement has been clarified by CBN and discussed severally here.

Those you mentioned were banned from CBN's OMO auction which is different from TBills.

Sis, there's is no such thing as 100% reliability in farming/insurance business. It's a risk/decision you have to take based on your risk appetite and discretion.

Digital agric firms rely on their farming experience to deliver. When/If that fails, they expect the insurance company to come to the rescue.

So to invest, you have to trust (1) the firm's farming experience, and (2) The insurance firm (mostly Leadway & NAIC) to play its role.

There are over 20 of them currently that claim to have a comprehensive insurance (whatever that means) and so far, we haven't heard of any default.
