Immediate past Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Peter Fayose is 59 today, November 15. Born in 1960, Fayose served as Governor under the People's Democratic Party, in the state twice.

First, he served in office from 29 May 2003 – 16 October 2006, he was then returned for a second term in office 16 Oct 2014 – 16 Oct 2018.
