All tomato-eqwusi I have eaten were all prepared by guys. I have seen guys combine stew and egwusi in school too.
Is there a secret embedded there we don't know about grin
Also some 5 star hotels in Nigeria and big restaurants use tomato.

I don’t know. He said it’s one of his two secrets for making egusi. He didn’t let me see the other secret.

But I love it sha.. had a calabar restaurant that prepare it exactly like lagos type during my undergraduate days.. I patronised them a lot, especially when I want to manage resources..
