In Lagos you have many cities to choose from. I have a friend who has lived in Lagos for a number of years but has never been to VI, IKOYI, LEKKI etc. Development in Lagos is evenly spread as big as it is unlike the shithole capital of the Africa, Kenya.
Lagos could stand as a country and would still dwarf Kenya economically and in other aspect.
