nope I rather buy 75 by 50 for 10m ,Then develop 2 floor of 3 bedroom ,I will live in one flat ,Then rent the 2 put for 1.2m each ....total income is 2.4m ....then I can review rents ,mantaince my enviroments ,upgrade .....in 7 years time I will sell my property for 80m while the t.b only guy with 4.8 m income will rent 1.5m (plus agency fees ) might do renovations ,face rent increases and quit notice...loss bids ,cbn policey change ,tb rate drops to 8 percent or less while rent is up .....cash temptation....upward review of property price ....or I buy apartment 15m then fix 25m in tb

I feel sorry for my generation. No longer does rational healthy discussions prove important and a source of learning.

At every bend, we all want to prove more knowledgeable, more wise, richer and then we miss out on what's much more important, the learning from other persons in areas we need some upticks,or the pruning of our own intellect like stimulative like-minds.


Its always fighting on every issue that we miss out on learning, improving seeing new perspectives , broadening our own horizons. For what trophy in the end I wonder often times.

What a shame. Civility and the pride from humble learning and the need to constantly improve has been eroded and replaced by the need to appear as the winner in any discussions making talks unhealthy and combative. Smh.
