zamirikpo: My brother I refuse to be socially conditioned. I'll project my own personal values on/in/around any society I find myself. I refuse to allow fear and negativities be the underlying motive behind my actions. Hence I won't see things from a fearful posturing but rather objective and rational standpoint. We need to regain our humanity from the fear of loss of our laurels. Not everyone is after me Not everyone wants me to fail Not everyone is wishing me I'll Not everyone wants what I have I refuse to see the darkness in the world but choose to tilt towards the light. I refuse to be enamored by fear of loss inspire of the wickedness of this generation I refuse to embrace fear as my companion but rationality and openness and will so treat situations that comes across me than to scream and shout for safety even when I'm not attacked. I refuse to give up my peace due to the insecurities I may absorb from this generation. While we see the darkness in the world. We should look inwards and treat our own souls too. Let's walk in love and not live by fears conditioned upon us by society brought about by an unhealthy desire to not want to suffer loss To be whole, fear must be expelled and replaced by rational positive productive thinking Out of social media. The hatred for another is too much for my peace of mind 5 Likes |

ahiboilandgas:For the tenant thing, Yes but I prefer not to go into some personal detail.. I wasn't referring to face me I face you. well it's because in your case it's just two flats, if it's a an 8-9pcs of 3bdr flat in the whole building, you will relate better. However on the land flipping thing, I agree with you on the speed at which land could move, but the analogy you have where you acquire at 10m and sell at 80m in 7yrs didn't sound feasible to me tho. No offense. |

chukzyfcbb:no offense we are all learning so I like real experience....i said I will buy land 10m build 30m 4 apartment house rent out 3 for 1m each ,reside in 1 (I can design it to have my personal space ,gate separate with tenate total investment 40m will sell the house for 80m in 8 year time (speculating ) may 60m +24m (accrued rent ) 84m +8m (saving from my rents ) =92m ....-40m =profit 52m..... 5 Likes 1 Share |

needful: Very good, you paid N20 million because you bought from the secondary market. You will need about N100 million to buy FGN bond from the primary market. With a minimum of $2500 you can also invest in the Eurobond fund of FBN Quest Merchant Bank @ 6%. You are sure of the preservation of your fund from currency devaluation 6 Likes 1 Share |

emmanuelewumi:Elder Emma, in my own case sir, I want to mop up all my treasury bills by January to raise about 30m naira. I have done Eurobond with around 13k$; I want to put 25m naira in FGN Bond secondary market and still put 5m naira in treasury bills. My spouse prefers we put the whole 30m in FGN Bond which I am not in support. What have you to say to this, Elder Emma and madam needful? |
