i simply explain to you, data aren't cooked from anus they are based on factual report. Basket are change based on the formation of prices and cost. the dynamism in market trending cannot allow any progressive nation to maintain a stable calculation for long . cus the more the market become more liquid, the more it reflect in the price and cost.

The skyscrapers are not necessary for Europe - the economy grows by 1% and the population is even declining. The skyscrapers or highrise they build were "huge" during those times. Nobody loves Skyscrapper. There are necessity when land become expensive and there is lots of demand for office and residential spaces. They are a very economical use of space.

The only reason Ghana doesn't have skyscrapers is that either land is so cheap, less populated or there is a lack of office or residential spaces - but certainly NOT because there are zoning laws that would prevent one from building highrises.

Ghana cities are very populated. So it, not the population. It either land is so cheap or there is really no demand for modern offices or hotels or malls or residential apartments because the economy is tiny and informal.
