And then I did drop test and scratch test on my RN8 today eh, the thing no break and e no scratch too.

Not from a tall height though and with regular inadvertent kind of dropping...

Still impressive so far. Next up is to enter my village river and go swimming with it.
Lol. I tried to operate my RN7 yesterday by tapping my nail in the screen, and it was responding perfectly... Could type with it and open aps with it (I actually saw it first in a you tube video. The mumu was using hammer to operate his own, and it rheidn crack and it was responding as if it were operated with bare fingers. Me just dey wonder wetin go happen if the screen crack true true). I used a key to tap on my screen too. And guess what?! It worked. You can try it too, it's fun

Lol. I don't know about your experience with MI9T but when I first installed GCAM on my RN8, I was taking better pictures with my stock cam. I had to watch YouTube videos on mobile photography and started applying some of the tricks and tips and truthfully, I've become better with both stock cam and Gcam giving me better pictures now. GCAM still delivering better shots though. I'm not a camera person too but ever since I got RN8, I've become a camera person (...taking shots of objects and people though!)

I'll advice you try to tweak your photography skills. I've seen Bazkid24 shots on MI9T and I'm impressed. Xiaomi camera doesn't give shots like that of iPhone or high end Sammy though but it's pretty decent when you're skillful enough.

Thanks baba. Someone here says there no Ported gcam for mi9t yet. I will keep trying o.. make I go YouTube go learn the tricks as I no get wetin to do today. I hail o... Blessings

I want to join this family soon.. In a week or so. I just need some few advices.

1. Global Rom or global version? (How to spot the difference)
2. How much space free space is left in 64gb variant, should I just push up to get 128gb variant?

Global version is usually recommended, the 64gb should have about 52-56GB left.

Yes in each section I visit I try to follow two or more Particularly interesting and popular monikers. This helps me filter and get my standing right especially since each section is a new ground filled with different characters. So I took notice of your moniker when you complained that your baby uses your phone to watch baby toons. And you needed a phone that could withstand the impact of being hit or dropped. I did give my advice on the Aseries thread.

Nice analysis..
Xiaomi they try no doubt... .
I greet you boss
I dey this side dey trowey salute to you too.
Do a little research on the issue you are facing, I sure say you go find solutions and your camera quality go improve.
I just hope yours isn't a defective unit and maybe, just maybe the next update will rectify the issue you are facing.
When I was on beta xiaomi.eu rn7 my stock back camera shots was not impressive that was why I went very deep into research on gcam. I downloaded, installed and tested upto if not more than 20 different gcam mods for my phone. I joined more than 7 telegram channel dedicated to rn7 photography and gcam, I will say that it has been a fun-filled adventure. today whenever I take shots with my phone I dey wow people. Also take note of camera angle when taking pix, it's a general knowledge that its best you take shots with the light source coming from behind you not against you. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Truly, no one is actually safe in Nigeria.

EseAbed, may God be with you and your family this trying time and may your mother be freed speedily. I pray the kidnappers will have a change of mind and release her without demanding for anything.

Change it to

internet.ng.airtel.com
I'm not sure any of these wud solve his problem
Let him connect to other PC wit his phone, connect to other phones as well, if none of these work den, I suspect a software glitch, let him factory reset his phone or update the device

Change screen? For where! Him dey rock the phone like that o.
I remember saying if mi a3 screen break for him hand, he will not in this life and in the next life to come (if there is any) spend upto 40k just to change screen. Since he asked me about the screen when the issue happened and I made calls and was told that screen on ground would cost about 16k, I checked aliexpress it was between 10-12k, I informed him na so my guy just lock up.

Lol.. it's good to see them on the list. With 108mp, you are supposed to be on the list but they should keep that same energy in their other phones n not flagships. xiaomi cc9 is their best camera phone aiit.. camera wise or video shoot, it is not better than iPhone 11 pro or Huawei aiit..
They are not d same price. On true flagship devices, d extra money is for better cameras. U could sell ur fone and get d one plus 7 pro as grandmufti suggested or d mate 30 pro

Long story short..
I am not talking about price or whatsoever.
I am talking about my mi9t n the camera ain't dope as you portray it to be.
The gcam is for mi9t,the stock is better than d gcam.

Short story long...
You're expecting too much from the camera then if you're saying pricing should not be added to the equation.
I am not potraying anything about the camera because I don't use one.
I am judging based on expert opinion from seasoned reviewers on the net.
At the emboldened, taking a cue from your earlier submissions, I doubt you know what a well taken picture looks like.
My advice to you is to read on mobile photography and play around with the camera on your phone(not just gcam alone, use the stock too).

You can't be more wrong. Check Dxomark list of best camera phones and come back to tell me which phone is in the number 2 spot

I also prefer stock cam on my Mi 9t to gcam. Check out my photos on the camera thread. Most were snapped with the stock cam. I just got a new gcam though, and it has been giving me awesome shots
abeg .. which gcam are you currently using?
