This thing is frustrating me o. I have gotten the africard from UBA. I tried linking it to PayPal and it tells me card was declined by the issuing bank. I have activated it o, I even funded it with 5k. Pls Nigerians, is africard different from africard again? Help me biko. What can I do? Who has been in my shoes? How did you solve the palava? |
