thanks sassy. so much appreciate
sassy92:

You don't need to send motivation letter by post, simply upload unto the portal. Make sure you write the school/course you're applying for on the motivation letter so that Uniassist can forward it appropriately.
If youre applying via Uniassist then you don't send your docs to the school but to Uniassist.

Please can someone put me through on how to draw up my motivation letter? I wont mind a copy of one as a guide.

Also, can any lawyer certify my documents or I should just walk into any high court?

Thanks

I'm having the same error too on updating my personal information, I had tried using system too but still same. I think it might be a problem from uni-assist's end, given that they had just lunched this new registration portal around late October. However, if you happen to find a solution to it soon, kindly let me know too, pls. I also do will likewise.
Hello, have you gotten a solution now? If yes please tell me

If you are sending to uniassist, I will advice you do it at a high court cos that's where I did mine and I have gotten my VPD already and the other one have been sent to the school. Also, make sure you certify all the pages, don't leave one out. Then resend, they won't reject it.
