Banana round loaf with blueberries and cinnamon. Topped with blueberries and cream cheese glaze. It was a hit. This one didn’t last the whole day. I’ll have to make another one.

I always serve mine with a bit of chocolate syrup.
For me this is a good substitute for cake because most cakes here are laden with enormous sugar.

I prefer cooked and it should be unripe or bolè.



Then you better visit East African countries, unriped plantatains is the national food of that region, I experienced it during the few trips l made their, they practically allow the unriped plantatains to boil and soften, and use wooden spoon to turn it like our semovita, and thereafter serve it with chicken sauce / vegetables / groundnut soup or pork meat depending on individual families, it was also in that region during my visit that I ate Ugal (called fufu in Nigeria) & cassava leaves blended like the black soup l ate in Edo state years ago, the cassava leaves is cooked with cowleg, mehn it was delicious wink

Lol, it is actually tasty, l ate what they call edible grasshopper outside Nigeria, the grasshopper was like those green once we have in Nigeria and it was sweet and fantastic wink
