Kenya was leading until I think 2012 or around - we use to send 7,000 students to the US - but we fixed our education. This is how Ghana and Nigeria loses forex. Sending student all over the world to school is sending forex all over the world. Australia for example I think education forex is probably 2nd largest source after minning.
