Well, it is what it is, I, initially wanted to refuse eating it but I went online and saw different variants specific to different countries and the one I ate outside Nigeria was similar to the green grasshoppers we have in the Nigerian environment and it was fried like our Edibble insects ( the one that comes out after heavy rains in Nigeria). The grasshopper was sweet, tasty like roasted chicken and turkey meat... Hahaha

Hello house, can someone pls put me through step to step method how to make ofada stew? Been craving it for a while now and I just want to make and keep

Make your jollof as usual and stir in stir fried shrimps, scallops and diced ham. The taste is oh so yummy.

You can use any seafood of you choice. I added ham because for me, it balances the flavor of the shrimp.
