Okay. Will try to hold on.
Why did you sell all your Zenith and UBA? You should have leave some at least. I hope fide/fcmb gives you your desired results.

I prefer to hold wapco and Uacn looking at where they descended from than holding zenith and Uba.
The two stocks are on the way to total recovery and to fight for their positions.

The number of units I accumulated in Fcmb and Fidelity will never make me to regret selling zenith and Uba if they meet my target price of 3.00 to 3.50.

I prefer to pick a winning stock from you during the individual stock bull period.

Na joke oooo.

I was not pained o. That was why I wrote that the condition for acknowledging a bear is when those highlighted stocks fall below August low.

I was surprised though. Even as it fell, I still checked my other tools and saw that inspite of the fall, it was still 'bullish' . Hence my insistence that it was still bullish along with others.

However, I learnt some things from the discourse with Agba and used it to rejig my tools for spot-on(bullseye) predictions.

I hope Agba learnt as well.

While the CBN's recent cut in rates in fixed assests is a net positive for stocks, how much might this move affect the bottom line for banks. T-bills make a significant source of income for the banks. Which banks will be most affected?

I bought more units of UPDC REIT at N4.05k, they paid a dividends of 58k about 2 weeks ago.

Sir I have a strong feeling that you must have bought those units from me as that is the price my stockbrokers sold the few units they have succeeded in selling lol. I qualified for the dividend too, indeed it was what attracted me to buy the stock in the first instance. Seeing that Mr. Rebekah and your goodself, (the babanlanla of shares) hold the shares and you even recently increased your stake, I am beginning to doubt the wisdom of my desire to sell my holdings at all cost. Sir, what is your view of the stock considering that it has lost about 60% of its value YTD and how will it's value will be affected by the impending unbundling of Uac. Is is still a hold? Thanks Sir.

dividend is very possible. the stock is going places. too much cash sitting on d table, cash i mean was not part of the 90b proceed from subsidiary sales o. i dont factors this into my computation since it discontinue

look at d way the company reduce their debt c bring reduction of about 20b on financial cost for Q3.

Check d inventories, debtors and creditors

check their solvency ratios too. u know what this mean

using cash available to determine eps alone,, it above N6 far more than 1.28 eps decleared

note: i have no wpaco yet but planning to BUY

I am more of a dividend investor, so my reason for buying the stock might be different from yours.
It is a good stock for income investors, the IPO was overpriced at N10.00 when the company's shares were sold about 6 years ago.

I started buying last year when the share price came down.
