per human index development which is not only about GDP ratio. it consist of Life Expectancy Index, the Education Index, and the *Gross National Income* (GNI) Index. when you look at these in all. word bank and IMF indicate south africa is way better .... A richer country does not necessarily mean a developed country.... Germany and Qatar is a good example. Qatar is richer but not as developed as Germany....

Rwanda has probably the highest population density in Africa and yet is largely rural (80% rural). There are few countries as messed up as Nigeria where people abandon farms - and go to towns to hustle - or well immigrate thro the Sahara. Kenya urbanization is where it's supposed to be for it's level of development. Our urbanization is growing at 4% rate....so I expect we are about 30%....and possibly by 2030 when we become a middle class economy...we will be at 50% economy.

The reason why Ghana and Nigeria are economically sick - is because of unbridled urbanization...where millions live in shanties calling themselves urban areas...instead of farming.

You know China for example just got 50% urbanization recently?

i didnt do the ranking go ask them what devices they used
and they are many organizations not one and they all found out nigerian roads are worser than kenyas

You still don't get it , Your tax to revenue is what matter not the amount of net revenue you are taking cus the The excess may be for interest payments . just as we see in your case, must of your revenue are for loans contracted or bonds issued by yoir lender ( AkA) the Chinese.... The excess you arw getting in value of your revenue is used to services debt not on reserved . The overall back up to stability of your income depends largely on the reserve of your country. which is far bad compare to Ghana...
