Any type of ubiquinol is okay as long as it is *ubiquinol* (some brands may say ubiquinol but the ingredient is ubiquinone, so you have to read the contents carefully). Dosage is usually between 200 - 400mg daily.
Any type of dhea is okay as well as long as it is *micronized* . The dosage is usually between 50-75mg daily, depending on how your body can take it because it's a hormone.

Good day mamas. I'm a GTC mama, trying to work on my egg quantity and quality to help my chances(not doing IVF though). Please, what brands or types of ubiquinol and Dhea are better? I checked online and saw ubiquinol with enhanced mitochondrial function, super absorbable( cant remember the exact name)and another one that's just super ubiquinol. I also saw micronized dhea and some other types. Which one should I buy please?

There seems to be a little misunderstanding here I have asked lots of people why they must settle for IVF as the only option
Am medical personel and from experience theirs always a cause for holding on to IVF
NOW why do people go for ivf it's because of any of this reasons
(1) Missed/damaged/blocked tubes
(2) Hormonal imbalance/instabilities
(3) Non-motile/non/Dead/low sperm count
(4) PCOS, POI, ENDOMETRIOSIS ETC

And For any successful IVF this things are still required
(a) fertile sperm
(b) healthy eggs/ova
(c) stable hormones
(d) a healthy womb/uterus that can carry the. Pregnancy to term
(e) cleared tubes

so my take is settle ur diagnosis and holla u're pregnant
It pains me a great deal seeing ladies pass through all this all in the bid to concieve

@all, God bless all of you for still keeping this thread alive. I am so happy with all the BFPs we have been recording here, God is still going to do more. The triplets clocked 6 last months, they are going from strength to strength , in favor with God and men. Soon i will start composing list of items for their traditional marriage ( after their Ph. D though lol). Trust me, as a proper Ibibio man that i am, the list will be long, lol. We pray for speed each day for them and God is really doing that.
Sisters, pls dont lose hope, if God could do it for us, He can still do it for the rest of you.

Consult a fertility specialist and they will tell you what to do. There are many fertility hospitals in lagos, I think bridge is one of them, nordica also. I am not so sure

@imanbkd, I have used Charisto bo by Dr. Onoja, the husband to the owner of Grabbo. His clinic is neat,well equipped, nice staff and wonderful doctor but these are what I noticed about him (I had bfn).
1. He hides information away from you even if you ask
2. He did Embryo transfer without scan (I asked but said is the old way of transferring). No records
I think his wife clinic (Grabbo) is better off his own.

I bought DHEA supplement 25mg(Puritan Pride's brand). I was reading the warning yesterday and saw were it was written; "DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT, NURSING OR A WOMAN OF CHILD BEARING AGE". I became confused wondering why the warning cos many people recommend taking it to improve egg quality(I even saw it in the ebook;" It starts with the egg".). I also saw one tablet to be taken once daily but people have been recommending 25mgx3 daily.
I started taking it yesterday along with Pregnacare conception, Ovaboost, Folic acid and Super Calcium 600+D3. Should I continue using it? If yes, what dose is required? Pls, is it safe to take all together? How do I space the supplements pls?
Pls, your reply is urgently needed. I'm really confused.
