You must be in Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt where Mtn 4g exists( I'm sure).... However, with an unlocked mifi starting from N10,000 one can have same speed for a phone of N25000 eg Partner phone.

I actually do not known anything about these devices. Make the users use their thing. Samsung till 2099.
