I thought Molde Manager was Uwe Rösler in 2010 and Ole was appointed 2011. Mou had lots of funds in his first season. He finished 6th. There's no guarantee that Poch will start clicking immediately at Utd. And Tottenham has a better scout network than Utd. It's more likely he'll get the same calibre of players we've gotten in the past.

The season Poch was actually given money(£114m) to spend at Spurs, he failed. Pochetino cannot deal with the pressure of spending money and when the board expectation is high.

He only succeed in a less pressured environment like is compatriot(Moyes).
