Tried out a 26 minute call. Worked it finish, since morning and I was waiting for my 5. Till I got a 2, this evening. The rating note didn't even make sense, see it in the screenshot below. I was wondering where I went wrong, decided to resubmit it just for the sake of trying, because I was tired. As I was going, I saw a mistake I made, a repetition. I transcribed "just" twice, so I fixed it, submitted it and was waiting for another 2, or 3 at least. Lo and behold, I got a 4. Can you imagine? Just because of a repetition, see the rating I got fa. This is the only rating I feel like I didn't deserve. 1 Like

Let me share my own story. Two weeks ago, I picked a Digital air call that was 20minutes long. Fortunately for me, the total customer and rep conversation was just 2 minutes. With extreme joy and happiness, I quickly worked on the 2 minutes part. Funny enough, I submitted with joy without erasing all the AVR. I was chilling for my 5 only for it to struck me that I didn't erase the AVR. I already knew it was an automatic 1, so I ran back to see if I could still claim the call. Unfortunately, it was gone. The funny thing is that the rating note stated that " Non adherence bla bla bla, Reading FAQ would have save you the hours wasted". I was angry and laughing at the same time. I guess the person who rated the call felt that I wasted an easy $4 opportunity. |

I don't understand this QA world reviewers again ooo. The same thing I was penalized for is what I'm still seeing in the passing transcript they sent me. My transcript is even better than what's in their passing transcript and they still gave the person a 5 rating. 1 Like

Me sha, I've not had the zeal to work this week o... Less than 100 mins, and tomorrow is Friday. I pray I overcome whatever is holding me o... In this scarcity, I pick good calls and just release them or let them time out for no reason. I don't just know what's wrong with me this week. If I don't get over it before the end of the week, it should better be gone by Sunday night o! Amen. |

korlahwarleh: Knowledge is power. The reason why a Whatsapp group is not created for this thread is for people to be able to back read and see issues as well as answers. Back read, you won't, ask questions before doing some stuffs, but you'll assume and when it backfires, y'all will start running back for help. It was advised on this thread couple of months ago that you shouldn't withdraw on the day of payment, you have to wait at least 24-48 hrs. Secondly, a minimum of $2 should be left in your account after withdrawal. This means $5, which is pp fee + $2 =$7 should be your sacrifice after withdrawing your preferred amount. Shey bi when pp limit your account, you'll run back here and start looking for help. Na people wey get una time Sha. 1 Like |

Sukueponmalu:Thank you so much. I'll leave it to accumulate first. I was just in a rush to see if it is working. Also, I was thinking the $5 will have to remain in the account. That was why I was trying to do 1.5 so that I will have more than 5 there. As it is now, I think I will leave if for some time to accumulate. |
