I am having some problem with my phone recently!! When my internal storage was almost full i decided to get a memory card that have been using for three months nw, bt last month i noticed some of my videos were deleted like 10 videos i was surprised because it never happened b4 bt i got those videos back from my boyfriend.
Nw my screenshoted pictures are gone nd I'm pretty sure no one deleted it because my phone is usually on password!! All these problems started happening when i started using this memory card!!! I can't even throw the memory card away because it has lot of important documents,pictures,videos etc.
Please anyone that had similar problem should share with me nd how i can solve it!!!
Please I'm really not in good mood right nw so if you have no tangible comment just pass!!!

Back your files up In Google cloud n format the card or get a new one

Memory stick probably corrupt, and would need to be formatted. Sadly, you will loose all files stored there in.

I'll advise you get a better memory stick, because even after formatting that one, the chances of experiencing similar problem will be quite high.

Moving forward, always try and back up your favourite files via google cloud.

It's pretty easy. Just google search for the process. Let me know if you don't find it as straight forward as I'd thought

Hi there.

Sorry about your files. Your SD card’s probably corrupted.

First question, do you have a Google Account? If you don't already do, create one.

Then go to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.docs and download the Google Drive app.

After downloading the app, open it and click on the multicolor plus sign at the bottom right corner of the app. Then click on upload. It would then open your file manager from where you can select your files in your SD card. You may need to grant it extra permissions for this though.

Note: Google Drive allows you save only 15 GB of files. If you need more space, try Onedrive, Mega or Dropbox. I also recommend backing up your files via wifi especially if they're large because of data consumption.

I had similar problem, mine deleted all the porn videos i downloaded with an hotel WiFi.

would have given you the solution, but you're in a bad mood.

Normally, it backs up everything. I find that quite strange. May be it finds your pictures too hot
