You don't need to worry, your petition is automatically extended since you have booked your interview appointment before the expired date.

See the attached message my fiancee got from embassy when he wrote the embassy to extend my petition because we couldn't get any date before the expiration date.

i finally got a response from Lagosiv this morning as regards validity date extension after two weeks of writting/reminder.. here is a screenshot of the response same as above in previous pages of this thread..

Lastly i have a question is it advisable i go with some of our introduction ceremony pictures?tho i have other pictures of us together but thinking if i should add some of our intro pics is it okay?hope CO's dont frown at intro pictures thinking it as being married or something?lld appreciate you guys response on it.. thank you

This is one very reliable method of getting the police report. The form can even be downloaded online.

There is a website called getway.ng that helps with it as well. I dont know how genuine they are But they do look genuine.

If the person concerned is based abroad and will go for his or her interview abroad then its far better and cheaper to do the report online instead of spending money traveling to and fro Nigeria. But if the person's visa interview is in Nigeria, then it's better to get the police report when he or she gets back to Nigeria. It takes less than 4 hrs to get the report at Alagbon.

My fiancé filled all the necessary details, she however did not state in details the exact nature and duration of contributions she intends to make in Part 7. Additional information as stated on page 4 of the affidavit of support. She only wrote her name current full name on 1.a of page 8, and wrote her the other names she’s used before on 3.d. of same page 8 which is her family name. Please will that be a problem since she didn’t put it in writing on part 7 how long and how much she will be willing to support me. I need your opinions please so I know if she has to redo that page 8. Though she is currently away on deployment now but hopefully I can communicate with her when they dock and we can find a way to sort it out, if it will be an issue. Thanks in advance guys.
