Bros, nobi hate. But , let's be frank, most Nigeria's football enthusiasts want Rohr out. The guy is ffucking annoying and this team can play anywhere and win with or without him ,after all he didnt discover any of the players. He is just an opportunist reaping the hardwork of our local coaches from Manu, Ogbu, Amunike etc

Dude you have shown repeatedly here that you don't know anything about football

of course he has offers but want to remain with the super eagles, isn't that enough dedication? are you expecting him to run to buhari or the senate in order to force the nff into giving him a new deal?

please lets give credit to who deserves it. making it known that he has offers but expecting the nff to call him for discussion regarding a new deal soon means the man wish to continue with the foundation he has laid. no sane coach will love to abandon a team he nurtured, turning them from mediocre to one of the best in the continent but he cant force the football house if they think otherwise.

no worker/staff will love to remain with a firm he or she has contributed immensely to its growth when he is not appreciated and as well wanted by other cooperation willing to have him.

OMANBALA1:

That's not the point. I dont like when people pretend like they worth more than their actual worth. Rohr should be thankful we are letting him stay...after all , he is white and even without any tactical know-how. I don't want to hear that old man say he has other offers...does he think black people are ffools ?

every coach performs better when he is blessed with the best set of players. those your football enthusiast where were they when the super eagles was turned into a laughing stock after missing out on 2 afcons?

i will never discredit rohr because of sentimental and myopic minded personalities both from the media and our football circle. why won't they be mad at rohr when he didn't give agents room to accommodate their below par players plying their trade in obscure leagues and carpenters from the local scene.

bros make we leave matter abeg because we know how corrupt we are as a nation and propaganda is one of the tools the media use in rubbishing whom so ever they are paid to destroy.

i would have been the first to castigate rohr if he hasnt achieved anything since he took over the coaching job of the super eagles but will never go against a man who have rekindled my love for the super eagles. he is not the best but those projected by the media and fans to take over from him are no where close to him tactically.

my brother the matter tire me the way wey some wey dey form say them sabi football dey talk here atimes. he is giving reference to football enthusiast and our local media when from his own unbiased valuation since rohr took over he ought to know that the team have made major progress since the german came on board.

the same media that few months ago were clamoring for the recall babatunde Michael to the super eagles cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

this so call football enthusiast and media are only pained because of rohr's refusal to give them a chance to flood his team with mediocre players.

anybody who knew the poor state and rating of the super eagles prior to rohr's hiring will never speak ill of the man.

i will only support rohr's sack if he doesn't atleast get to the finals of the next afcon and make it to the 2nd round of the 2022 world cup

Dont pretend like you dont know Nigeria went through a period of drought when players who ply their trade in some of the worst leagues in Europe were the best we could offer. Meanwhile, these same players Rohr parade today were discovered and nurtured by the same allegedly corrupt Nigeria's coaches....a bit contradictory, init.

Now , I am not claiming there are not corruption in Nigerian football but that word get thrown around very carelessly. And , its often not always true. Corruption thrive in Nigeria because the system supports it. So, cut these indigenous coaches someslack.

Ultimately, we have coaches that are far more tactically superior to Rohr.

who fights to get their contract renewed? Except egunje dey involved. No be political appointment. your employers value you and that is determined by how they bargain with you, else you consider other offers. It's a job. Rohr would like to continue with Nigeria, but I don't think with him or any other foreign coach for that matter it will be a do or die affair.

Modified
His departure will spell doom. Because there is not guarantee we will get a better manager talk less of tactical coach. We can't even appoint a good assistant.. hiss

OMANBALA1:

Spare me the buullshit Rohr. You will be a ffool if you dont fight to have your contract renewed. This is simple, Nigeria is blessed with abundant talents that can make you write your name in gold..These current set of talented players we are spoilt with have what it takes to lift the world cup and you know this Rohr. It will be your lost if you leave. Secondly, no European country want you and when it comes to Africa how many countries can boast of the same quality of players Nigeria currently parades. Bottom line, you need Nigeria more than we need you...tactically deficient franco-german! Your departure will be a blessing to Nigeria sef

bros make we reason abeg, can you name coaches from the local scene who you deem better than rohr?

are you referring to the period we were made to believe by a certain coach that the likes of uchebo, reuben, oboabona, kwambe, oshaniwa, nwofor just to mention a few were better than:

imoh ezekiel who took the belgian league by storm then as a rookies in the colors of standard liege?

abdul ajagun who was doing very well in the colors of greek giants panathinakos?

taiye taiwo and haruna lookman who were ever present figures in dynamo kiev then?

obafemi martins who was scoring for fun in levante and continued with the same form in the mls?

otigba who was a young defender then playing regularly in dutch club heereveen?

sone aluko who was doing well in glasgow rangers and continued with the form when he joined championship side hull city?

ejide who was miles better than chigozie agbim?

You subtly lobby to keep the post when you envision a bright future and you do this with your body language/non verbal cues. Rohr is not necessarily after money like some shortsighted and visionless African coaches who have no interest in living a legacy but want quick money to stuff their pockets. Unlike Africans who eat while the pot is still on the fire white people think about future. He want to make history as the white man who was the first coach to lead an African team to world cup glory....common, brother you are brighter than this. That man want to steal the sweat of our indigenous coaches.

We had local coaches in the past who could take over the team and qualify us for a tournament at least.. e.g Amodu Shuibu, Stephen Keshi. Not any more, because the NIgerian league has been very weak. You don't get sound coaches in such kind of environment. Test them with our youth teams and see.

likewise i myself because i will boast to be one of the realest here who spit things the way they are. i am no longer a kid who's submissions are based on what is trending in the media or our football circle. atleast i am old enough to acknowledge the truth when i see one and will never back out from saying it

i have been following the super eagles right from the mid nineties and from that period till date it will be ignorant to address me as a novice in matters related to nigerian football except our female teams which i don't follow much.

no matter the hate it takes nothing from us admitting the fact that rohr have done well since taking over the coaching responsibility of the super eagles and based on my personal rating i will give him 7/10

i knew little about him and wasn't really sold out on him when the nff brought him on board but after watching his first 2 games against tanzania at home and zambia away i knew the man has something to offer which grew my confidence in him and the team.

i will be a drastic decision if the nff decide to allow him leave

We are here because we are Super Eagles fans but we should be allowed to express our other interests as long as it is not in a viral manner.

oga money is very important to white man, you just got lucky to find one who doesn't make noise because of delayed salaries. If they have delayed gratification is because they envision it will pay them even bigger in future.. it all boils down to having a good record which will still bring MONEY. All the same RORH IS JUST ONE FISH OUT OF THE POND. Many white foreign coaches will not take nonsense if you play with their salary.

No he didn't, but nothing is stopping our indigenous coaches from making it elsewhere. if they are really good they will get jobs elsewhere. I also mentioned Shuaibu. With the bad officiating generally and other factors, how does that even encourage any coach to work well?
