My attempt at making banana bread. I added 1/2 can of coconut milk to it.

The outside tasted like cardboard and the inside was still moist, even after baking it for about 1 hour.
I will have to throw the rest away b/c ain't nobody eating this. I tried.

Was out for a birthday treat today and my ladies gave me cake baked with brandy. I have been very dizzy since. And they know I don't drink.

But I have to laugh small. how can brandy in cake get you tipsy? There’s only so much brandy they can put in it. Even the baking reduces the alcohol: you must be extremely light headed.
