andrewbaba44: You sef calm down to understand his context Stop jumping into things like Ese Brume What he was trying to say is that they could have used the money they spent on albiol for a younger and more agile defender who was just as good |

TheGoodJoe: At the end of the day, the kwatankwa tactics was not the solution. Perhaps, tell us how we controlled the game with smallish Onazi. Was he also physical? Keshi messed up big time for playing Reuben who was match rustic. As soon as he entered, we were bombarded left right center. EOD |

Two Premier League clubs are reportedly monitoring the situation of Wolverhampton Wanderers' Owen Otasowie with a view to a summer swoop for the Nigerian box-to-box midfielder According to the online edition of The Sun UK, Arsenal and Liverpool are monitoring his progress at the Molineux Stadium, knowing full well that he comes off contract at the end of the 2019-2020 season. The report also claims that French champions Paris Saint-Germain and Bundesliga outfit Schalke 04 also hold an interest in Otasowie. The 18-year-old caught the eye of PSG after starring against them as Wolves were held to a 1-1 draw in a Premier League International Cup on Wednesday, November 20. A product of local side Mass Elite Academy, the promising teenager is also comfortable playing as a central defender. This season, Otasowie has featured four times for Wolverhampton Wanderers U23s in the Premier League 2 and was in action against Football League clubs Morecambe and Blackpool in the EFL Trophy. He is eligible to represent England and United States apart from Nigeria. |

Celta Vigo ended their poor run of five consecutive defeats after beating Villarreal 3-1 at Estadio de la Ceramica on Sunday evening. Pione Sisto opened the scoring for the Galician club in the 54th minute but the lead lasted less than six minutes as Samuel Chukwueze equalised after a lovely team build-up for the finish. Two goals from Iago Aspas in the final ten minutes secured a win for Oscar Garcia's side. Speaking as a pundit on La Liga TV after the game, Spanish football expert Guillem Balagué singled out Chukwueze and Gerard Moreno for special praise. He said : ''Villarreal came back, pretty quickly as well, with Samuel Chukwueze who was with Gerard Moreno, perhaps, the best players. ''After this they disappeared a little bit. It was a combination that started right at the back, it must have been 20 odd passes before the move that actually opened up the opportunity. ''But the thing that turned things around when it was really balanced, you didn't know where the game was going, was a bit of luck that went Celta's way. '' Chuwkueze, who was today nominated for the African Youth Player of the Year, has scored three goals in La Liga this season after 13 appearances. |
