TYLANN WILL NOT LIKE THIS

Dangote said The First Phase Of Construction Of The Apapa Port Road Will Be Ready By December

Aliko Dangote, the richest black man in the world and president of the Dangote Group, The Dangote Group is a Nigerian multinational industrial conglomerate, founded by Aliko Dangote. It is the largest conglomerate in West Africa and one of the largest on the African continent. Has just said the first phase in construction of the road leading from the seaport in Apapa to the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway Toll Gate will be completed before the end of the year precisely in December 2019.
Aliko Dangote was speaking with news men during an inspection of work going on at the construction site with Godwin Emefiele, who is presently the governor of the Central Bank of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
According to the richest black man in the whole of the world, the 40-kilometre road will have a lifespan of about 100 years(TYLANN THIS IS INE OF THE BENEFITS OF BUILDINGS CONCRETE ROADS NOT THAT SAND AND WATER ROAD YOU HAVE AT YOUR CBD) upon the time the construction is completed.
In his own remarks, Godwin Emefiele commended President Muhammadu Buhari of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for signing the executive order 7, which has just opened the opportunity for private companies to intervene and come to the aid of the masses in infrastructure.
Aliko Dangote also advised corporate bodies in the country to take advantage of the presidential order to raise infrastructure bonds at concessionary rates to support the federal government of Nigeria in its desire to develop infrastructure across the thirty six states of the federation
“It is a good thing for this country. When we talk about the Ease of Doing Business, you can imagine a situation whereby people have been complaining about the ease of transporting their goods out of the Apapa port,” to other parts of the country he said during the inspection of the construction site on Saturday.
While commending Aliko Dangote for taking the initiative,Godwin Emefiele expressed his hope that the road would ease the traffic challenge on the route, which has been consistent the past couple of years, particularly for trucks conveying cleared goods from the Apapa sea ports.
He further commended the Dangote Group for using local content, saying “this is 100 % local content. Alhaji Dangote uses his cement on this road, the rods I understand are coming from African Foundries that smelted waste steel, which is converted into iron bars and is being used for the road”.
Also recently Dagote spoke at the 2019 Gold Gala of Florence Otedola’s Cuppy Foundation in Abuja, Dangote emphasised the importance of helping the needy.
Dangote, made a donation of N100 million, said he would give away most of his wealth to charity before he “passes away.”
“I believe we have made more Nigerians to have a big heart to be giving back to the needy. Nigeria has been good to us. Despite our many needs, we need to also contribute and do our bit. We shouldn’t wait for the government to do every thing. The government has a lot of challenges as we too have ours,” Dangote said.
Tell us what you think about Aliko Dangote

This is sad..govt should have at least given them enough time and compensation, not forcefully pulling down their properties with little or No warning..

‘They threatened to shoot us’ — Kaduna residents narrate how ‘300 houses’ were demolished at midnight
Tension has gripped some resident of Kaduna metropolis following the destruction of “over 300 houses” by the Kaduna State Urban Planning Development Agency (KASUPDA).

You may have to demolish most of your cities and start again like Abuja.

Because what 68816419 stated are facts that just wouldn't go away. grin You didn't debunk anything, you only argued blindly with the Nigerians the same way you are doing with the Ghanaians now. Is Helios not majority owned by Nigerians? Don't Nigerians construct roads in Kenya? Are Nigerian banks not in Kenya? Are you not consuming Nigerian music and movies and fashion? Are Nigerians not involved in your tech sector? In fact, is cellulant, one of your most notable tech company not partly owned by a Nigerian? Is Jumia, founded by a Nigerian and a Ghanaian, not the biggest online trader in Kenya? Is nairaland not fast becoming one of the most visited site in Kenya? Which of these have you successfully debunked? grin

Another debt relief - after big one in 2005/2006 - and you've gone ahead to rack up debts - with nothing to show for it. Our debts are invested in infrastructure.

We will keep getting debt reliefs cos the whole world is ready to that for us at any given time and day..... unfortunately I can't say the same for you(Kenya)...

Your entire country doesn't look like a dime as been spent on infastructure...I mean look at your road%.....who knows maybe it is because you take up loan of up to $2bn annually to retire mature loans.

Little knowledge is very dangerous.

Understand the difference between CBN and CBK.CBK of kenya is not a mongrel like Central bank of Nigeria. CBK strictly does Central Banking role. It doesn't sell dollars to importers like Nigeria. It doesn't give out loans to farmers like it was a commercial bank like your laughable political Central Bank does. Our central bank is strictly independent, only banks for gov (treasury) and that is all - you cannot apply for loan or dollars from Central Bank of kenya.

Kenya has enough reserves to cover 6 months of it's imports...while the recommended is 4 Months. We have about 9B dollar official forex reserve held by our Central bank.

The rest of forex are held commercial banks.

Yes obviously we have different ambitions. You clearly qualify for more pity considering the poverty in Nigeria is endemic and you're exporting that poverty & crime all over the world. I would in fact call for urgent intervention. The UN WFP already has international appeal out for North East of Nigeria.

Kenya we want to attract investment - not pity.

Hahaha very funny...you want to play the pity card to console yourself....bro you will pay every dime and no one, I repeat no one will ever come to your rescue...
Abeg let them pity us and clear our debt, I as a person would be very glad whilst you on the other will be in serious economic tension should Kenyatta borrowing spree continue....

The world pity Kenya more than any other nation except that no one is willing to give you anything worthwhile...They would rather mock your predicament with demeaning gifts like Chinese leftover rice donations, Chinese over used, about to be dumped police uniform donations.. grin grin grin

There is something call Aid dependency. It very damaging. It's rope your the ability to responsible and you'll remain the object of pity & of course scorn.

Ghana has been there for 16 times...each pity lasting 3yrs..and they are still dirty poor eating rats.

Kenya we got out that business about 15 yrs ago.

Once your loan is cancelled - nobody will loan any serious money - unless they are prepared to lose.

Which is why Nigeria a country of 200M with lots of hydrocarbon - has about much loan Kenya has - 60B versus 80B dollars - imagine if you were responsible - you would get 300B dollars like South Africa - enough to fix many of your problems.

But who will lend someone who cannot pay, has zero tax revenues ouside oil and will be out crying for pity.

Actions have consequences.

Now when your external loan start crossing mere 20B - everyone is scared smiley smiley smiley the idiots are about to ask another debt ceiling. And they are right - because our Idiot BUHARI just did that

Well captured here..
In essence, the nation’s debt is about where it was in 2005-06, just before Nigeria benefited from massive debt relief as part of a program coordinated by the Paris Club, IMF, World Bank and the African Development Bank. To have squandered the debt reduction in just fourteen years and have no tangible economic progress to show for it is beyond disappointing.

Oh please stop decieving yourself and face it, you would love it if Kenya gets IMF bailout or debt relief....Stop trying to raise your ego up..it is worthless..

If Nigeria need more loan today I promise we will get it but then we have to fix our tax system...I am not even an ardent supporter of taking up loans constantly cos we as a nation can pragmatically pull investors to fix most of those infastructures that we take up loans for...$80bn is even too much for us..I would prefer it trended around $30bn -$40bn(maybe it would trend around this figure by the time we get another debt relief) leaving the private sector to take care most infastructures....

Now back to Kenya...The whole world mockingly pity you and that is why they embarrass you with demeaning gift like leftover rice, or over used and ready to dump police uniforms...Debt relief is more diplomatic than the kind of pity that is extended towards Kenya...it shows complete lack of respect for your nation .

Kenyans, hold your horses.Nigerians and Ghanaian s knows very well that Kenya and indeed Nairobi city is a head of their cities. It will take Ghana and Nigeria 15yrs to be where Kenya is and that's the bitter pill they don't want swallow.
They resort to abusive language when facts aren't in their favour, their only suicidal point to hang on is Kibra slums and those lies in media about Kenyan Men hawking their wives to foreigners. How many of those foreigners are married to Kenyans, they have no idea.
Nairobi is full of Nigerians peddling drugs with their Tz counter parts who are beggars in every street of Nairobi and Mombasa.
I have seen some post depicting Kenyans who are starved to portray the whole populace, natural calamities are every where, one would ask why those citizens are starving, that's debatable.
Kenyans citizens feeding on bloods, that's a culture of the Masai pple, every nations has their culture.
