Our debt servicing is about 30%..always plays around there..we repay 6b dollars and will borrow 6B dollars.We don't borrow to repay interest. We borrow to retire old expensive debts and replace with new debt..good example Eurobond 1 & 2.I wonder what you will say about Nigeria at 70% debt servicing ratio.When it come to SGR..we don't need SGR past Nairobi as a priority.It suppose to benefits Uganda.Uganda screwed us by diverting their oil pipeline thro Tanzania.We are playing hard ball..we told Chinese to gives us half loan and half grant.Chinese refused..we don't need it..we are building a dry port in Naivasha..
