He said : ” We are going home. We want to keep our cows in a safer place. This environment is no longer safe for us and our cows. We don’t really understand what is happening in Yoruba land.

“It happened in Ondo recently, in which our brothers in that state lost many cows to thunderstorms. The same thing is happening here in Osun

Yes, because your people have been sharpening their cutlasses and knives waiting for Fulani herdsmen. You have been beating your chests since as usual. But Sango the god of Thunder does not boast and chest beat.

Where was Sango when the colonialists invaded and took Yoruba men in chains through Badagry for slavery?

Thousands of slaves. Where was Sango?
don't be stupid brother. Slaves were not taken. Humans were taken and turn to slaves and mind you, they were sold by their own brothers and sisters and not the whites.

And the colonialist didn't invade our lands, they came on a mutual terms which was later betrayed. And by the time they came, many Yorubas have already accepted Islam from the Malians and have almost abandoned theirs.

the Gods acted unbehalf of the locals that consulted them to fight for the whites, same way black slave traders consulted the gods to hypnotise slaves so that less than ten white sailors can control hundreds of slaves

Emilokoiyawon:
I will rather worship Sango than Jesus or Allah.

If God were so erratic like this thunder even before you and many others finish typing this blasphemous statement will be dead already. He who wears the shoe knows where it pinches, God created the world and man for a purpose, sango did not, and so can afford to kill, we always die when we put ourselves in harms way spiritually or physically. Come to think of it, suppose you have an enemy and may be some people hate you as well and take you for an enemy, if we will all start sending thunder to each other in a couple of months human race will go into extinction. If you think thunder is this powerful how many people have been killed by thunder? And if you think God is powerless how many hopeless people have been raised and transformed by his mighty power alone? A doctor's competence is measured by how many lives he can save not kill, and I hope you are reasonable enough to accept the fact that creating something beautiful is more herculean a task than destroying it. At the end of time all the gods of the earth to whom people bow and pay homage other than the pure, sacred and invisible creator that is only accessible by faith will be destroyed and all it's adherent judged.
