I understand what others are saying and I understand yours too. But in their own interest don't report incomplete info regarding your domain sales since it won't add value to their experiences. I think that is the plank of their rantings.

I personally don't report sales since my awful experience in my early days of domaining in 2007. That is a story for another day. I love my country but some undesirable elements can spoil your day by revealing some info to them. They will not use the info to their advantage but rather become a cog in the wheel of your progress.

List it in Afternic marketplace and send him there or ask him which marketplace is okay for him so that you can list it there

Some endusers know dis business well well, so they tend to have their own research on d name, especially if we are speaking about high x x x, or x, x x x.

Also, some investors willing to buy from u might overlook u cos ur info says Nigeria.

But still, i personally don't give importance to privacy.

Endusers tend to be losing faith in Dan. An end user also said he is willing to buy but can't use Dan. I'm waiting for domain to be 60days then go to epik for smooth transaction.

So I'll advice if it's over 60days,explain to him there is Epik, or afternic, then setup ur domain with either of them

I'll recommend epik, faster, 9%commission and user friendly

When a buyer (US buyers) raises a trust issue about a marketplace (e.g Dan), the chances of closing the sale gets diminished. To restore confidence/trust, it's best to use the most popular or the marketsite they are familiar with.

Although I agree the commission and payout time isn't all that palatable. But you just have to...

Afternic do accept a push if the domain is not 60days old but they will first contact the buyer if he or she is comfortable with that. My last afternic sales was 15days old and the buyer has developed it.
