If the rider is still in your car and refuses to pay the reviewed amount, then use your discretion.

If you allowed the rider to go and still reviewed, then OYO except it’s a card ride.

Kindly advise smiley

You have been noticed.

Good day

Why would you collect #500 and later go review the trip? To satisfy your ego or what? If you have accepted the loss and collected #500, then what’s the point of reviewing especially if it’s a cash trip?

Point is if you collected the estimate and didn’t review, then it’s a case of ‘God catch you, I don do my own back’, which is cheating plain and simple.

Before I know, 3 men Don jump inside. I no know whether make I decline trip immediately sad

But I dey fear say them fit strangle me, so I just begin drive without complain

God dey save us wey dey drive for night grin

Sincerely I would advise you to cancel immediately if it is three men at night in this Lagos. Before you move the car to an unsafe location.People wear suits to Rob Sometimes so you cannot try to Guage by appearance. Unless you have some martial arts training, you cannot do much against three men in a closed car

Kodred, are you a moral high priest authority or you're a Taxify agent using this space as a cover?
You need to drive on this Bolt platform to feel our plight. It happened to me yesterday at Dolphin estate, ikoyi from 1004 estate, at the end of the trip , fare reads 300 naira. I asked what the estimate was and she said 600 -900 naira, before i could mutter a word to explain why i need to do a fare review, she jumped out of the car and claimed its her lucky Monday.
So tell me what you'll do in such situation.

I'm sure Uche can't match u, when it comes to learning on dis job.... I know is 10 naira per mins, but I've never taken time out to figure out an hour, pathetically I'm with a rider that plead to take more than an hour of my time, I oblige cos its a return trip and once I make 10k today, I think dats enough for me.
So u were thinking 1 hours is how much?
That's why I don't like unnecessary stops and waiting, I can even end the trip especially if it's card.

Stay safe guys, uber doesn't have your back.

This driver was lucky to be alive and to think uber blocked his account after the incident.

You use your discretion bro. Bolt won’t be in business for long if everyone keeps short-changing them. Like it or not, bolt is more profitable than uber.

It is true that trips fail on occasions but if you’re using a nice phone and a wifi, you’d hardly experience that.

Not forming say na me holy pass but let’s do what we can.

You people have come again with the cresting an imaginary fear of what happens when a platform leaves.
If you think bolt can run out business with this, what about drivers? Accepting the low price due to app failure isn't profitable for drivers, and reviewing the price after collecting the estimate mostly results in bolt giving new higher price than what the driver collects? So drivers should continue to bear bolt's losses?

Pray tell, how often does it happen? Do you drive on the platform? Did you not see where I said use your discretion and do a + or -? Nothing justifies cheating yo na just say na the way things be.

Abeg make una no vex continue to collect estimate and confirm what is on bolt app. Nor vex

Yea @ tojahh & Tyche

I just remembered an idea that came to my mind recently. Although some companies tried it in the past. It is about bringing marketing into ehailing cabs. Having screens to market products plus entertainment in Uber/Bolt/OCar rides. 'Our company' will be acting like a marketing/advertising agency. Modalities can be worked out if the idea resonates with what we want.

Just reply him with "k"
It is better that way.

Bolt fails to fix their apps failure but one holier than thou thinks drivers should bear the loss for the bolt's ineptitude.

They should fix their app. Not like drivers are trying to bypass their apps estimation.
