I have been to 16 African countries and my tears drop For My Country Nigeria. When I go to Ghana Rwanda Kenya South Africa Namibia Botswana Angola Mozambique all of these countries are overtaking my country Africa is moving forward but not all of it even right now Somalia is beginning to make more progress than Nigeria. I am here today are a lot of mining companies which are coming to Somalia. Nigeria's problem is not leaders but the people are illiterate.

Please let me tell you my views I am in Nigerian but I am not happy with my country the way the country is heading into total collapse like Zimbabwe and South Sudan. This place isn't inner Lagos it was outside of Lagos due to the opening of the dam that was suspected to cause flooding if the water were not release beforehand. This was Ogun river dam along Lagos - Ibadan road. Ikorodu was badly affected and finally the flood finds it way to the Ocean down south Ikorodu Cameroon did the same.

It is like trying to argue with a blind man which was born blind whatever you say he cannot see. As a Nigerian Kenya outperforms my country in everything. Just look at the world class road for the people which were born blind which cannot see

They are more to city than pictures and video.. many Africans still lives in slums , poverty still persist, some are still hungry in this days of abundance food . drought is not an excuse in 21st century, technology is more powerful than miracle..

Get this cleared a typical example of Makoko. This guys are fishermen and they really have occupation which actually transformed to wealth in order to sustain their needs. They actually built houses on water for that purpose.
Do u think they are living there because they are poor?
Do you think there are no modernise buildings in Makoko?

My brother a slum remain a slum. Using Makoko as a case study is totally different from the case of Kibera. If you think Makoko slum is as a result of poverty my brother get the facts you are deceiving yourself. A lot of Beninous lives among them and they know what they are gaining out of that thing you called slum that is the fact.

Yes I agree with you a lot Nigeria has got potential. But it is difficult to harness that potential when the people are illiterate they just cannot understand. It is like you have a classroom with educated people and you want progress you will go somewhere by the end of the day. On the other hand you have a classroom which are filled with illiterates by the end of the day the classroom will be in shambles
