Same as myself despite going to their office so as to make their 4g provisioned. Omo the no still gree comot 4G. I had to share the data from the new SIM to my old SIM

The reason that app has refused to install is that there are still some residue of the one you uninstalled. To solve the problem, open the cleaner app on your phone (It's embedded in the security app) and clean up. Then retry installing your app.
